*** was great at helping me when I made a mistake on the order and fixed it immediately & sent a copy of the revised order with the changes..... nothing was broken, shipping was quicker then anticipated.....one problem with the nine pieces , TIL540B, they measured out to be smaller then the other pieces and I couldn't fit them into what I was doing......perhaps I'll use them later somewhere else ........hope I can order again soon.....

I love my tile! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of multiple back orders (on 3 of the tile choices). Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my tile. Customer service was excellent. I was notified immediately of the back orders and the process of reselecting was easy.

This was an easy, stress free purchase. I needed to clear up a couple of points with their Customer Service Dept Rep who was courteous, professional, friendly and thorough. Product arrived quickly and in great condition! Consequently I will return again and again!! I wish more companies would follow suit!!
The order was slow to ship and when it DID finally arrive I found the tile I had ordered had been used elsewhere. It had small chips to the edge color and there was cardboard stuck to the back as if it had been pried off another surface and sent to me as a new tile. Annoying to pay $5.89 to buy and ship a tile and discover it looked like a reject from somebody else's project.
The order was excellent, tiles appear hand made,true to size and color.the wrapping and shipping was carefully done so that nothing would get chipped. Overall experience was excellent. Will refer my friends.
