The tiles were perfect. I had two tile trivits that are hot plate holders. They are in a wooden frame and I dropped one and the tile in it broke. I started to toss the whole thing and then I went online and found exactly what I wanted at La Fuentes. I ordered two and redid both of the trivits. They look great. It was nice to be able to order them as single tiles. I will use them again.

Ordering was easy and the products came in fast. I would say 80% of the tiles were good and the rest were warped from baking or they were not accruate sizes. Keep in mind that they are all hand made so each tile is slightly different. I managed to make it work for our backsplash
Very helpful phone service, including a notice of upcoming free shipping, which actually made me make the order. The order arrived on time. Two tiles were broken, but I had been encouraged to order a few extras, and I had enough to get the job done. I'll probably find a way to use the broken pieces, since a few tiles needed to be shaved.

La Fuente was very easy to deal with, they were out of stock on a few tile designs (and it didnt tell me that online) but they were quick to correct the order and very nice on the phone. Very quick delivery too.
Along with having beautifully designed and manufactured tiles, La Fuente provided amazingly fast delivery and exceptionally well packaged orders. I was depressed when the box Fedex delivered appeared to be crushed and thought my tiles were bound to be cracked. But despite abuse during delivery the tiles were all safe and sound, and looking exactly as they did in online photos.
Tiles were as described and shipping was faster than I expected. I'll shop there again!
